Is All-on-X Right for You?
You may be a good candidate for all-on-x if you:
- Are missing most or all of your teeth
- Have many teeth damaged by decay, gum disease, or breakage
- Wear dentures that feel loose or uncomfortable
- Want fixed teeth instead of removable dentures
Patients with bone loss can often still get all-on-x with bone grafting, which we offer in our office.
Your All-on-X Treatment Steps
- Consultation and 3D Scan — We talk about your goals and take a 3D scan of your jaw. This scan shows your bone, nerves, and sinuses so we can plan each implant carefully.
- Digital Planning — We design your new teeth on the computer and use our in-office 3D printer to make a custom surgical guide for precise implant placement.
- Surgery Day — We numb the treatment area completely, then remove any teeth that we cannot save and place your implants. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available if you would like some help relaxing. Before you go home, we attach your temporary teeth that you will wear during healing.
- Healing — Over the next three to six months, your implants fuse fully with your jawbone.
- Final Teeth — After you heal, we take digital scans and attach your final custom teeth.
Do you have numerous missing or failing teeth? All-on-x dental implants replace a full arch of teeth with a fixed, natural-looking set that stays in place. At Whitehouse Family Dental, our dentists plan, place, and restore all-on-x implants in our office, so you don't need to visit a specialist.
